Service Department rates apply to downed vehicle "traveler" status, warranty conditions, and regular maintenance scheduled service.
Service rates do not apply to accident repairs
Service Department Rates only available when no prior reservation has been made on the rental units. No advance reservations are given on Service Department Rates. Maximum rental period allowed on Service Department Rate is 2 days.

In order to rent a motorcycle you must meet the following requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have valid motorcycle license for a minimum of 2 yrs.
- Must have major credit card ( Visa, Mastercard or American Express).
- We will authorize your card for up to a $3000 SECURITY DEPOSIT.
DEPOSITS WILL BE RELEASED WHEN MOTORCYCLE AND OTHER ITEMS INCLUDED IN RENTAL (RAIN GEAR, KEYS, SECURITY FOBS, REGISTRATION BOOK, HELMETS, BIKE LUGGAGE, ETC.) ARE RETURNED IN GOOD CONDITION. ADDITIONAL CHARGES WILL APPLY FOR MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS.

Each person riding motorcycle:
- MUST have a HELMET that meets D.O.T. specifications
We are happy to provide you with a helmet and rain gear free if needed. Failure to comply with the regulations of rental contract by not wearing helmet that meets D.O.T. specifications after you leave premises of Harley-Davidson of Frederick will violate your contract and your protection package will no longer apply.
- MUST wear long pants and closed-toe shoes.
- MUST sign release of liability.
For rentals over one week, a $100 deposit will be required at time of reservation. Refundable with 24-hour, or more, cancellation.

Rental Protection Packages:
- Supplemental Liability-$12.95
Up to $1,000,000.00 coverage per person
- Personal Accident/Property-$9.80
Includes medical coverage and protects your personal belongings.
- Loss Damage Waiver-$14.95
Reduces out-of-pocket deductible (Security Deposit) from $3,000 to $2,000.
- Ultra Protection-$29.95
A combination of all packages listed above with a savings of $7.90.
