Harley-Davidson® of Frederick (HDF)

Parts Counter Sales Specialist : Successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in sales, have above-average organizational skills, possess the ability to research information, and have proficient computer skills. Knowledge in parts inventory and parts counter experience is favorable.  Weekend availability required. 
eBay Sales : Successful candidate will be proficient in e-commerce sales through eBay. This position requires experience in developing product description & keyword research, creating and managing listings, providing superior customer service, have excellent organization skills, and the ability to work with limited supervision. Experience in parts sales is favorable.  FT hours in our physical location required.

Service Technician : Successful candidate is responsible for the overall assembly, inspection, maintenance and repair of vehicles sold by the dealership and of any motorcycles the come to us for service. This involves new motorcycle set-up/PDI, general maintenance, accident repairs, trade-in evaluations, and following dealership and manufacturer service guidelines. A valid driver’s license with motorcycle endorsement and clean driving record are required. Must be able to push motorcycles in excess of 800 lbs., lift in excess of 50 lbs., crouch, stand and walk. Technical training or equivalent technical experience required. Weekend availability is required.
Motorcycle Sales Associate : Successful candidate will have the ability to create a positive in-store customer experience, follow-up with customers, accurately present H-D motorcycles, and recommend appropriate motorcycle based on preferences and needs of the customer by applying the documented sales process. Required to possess excellent communication skills, have proficient computer skills, and be positive, helpful and self-motivated. Experience in motorcycle or automobile sales is favorable. Weekend availability required.
