HARLEY-DAVIDSON® OF FREDERICK (HDF)
Parts Sales Specialist: Successful candidate will possess good communication skills, be proficient in sales, have above-average organizational skills, possess the ability to research information and have strong computer literacy skills. Knowledge in parts inventory and parts counter experience is preferred, but not required. Must be available to work weekends.
Service Writer: Successful candidate will possess great communication skills, strong computer literacy skills, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience in service writing is required. Technical knowledge of H-D motorcycles is favorable, but not required. Must be available to work weekends.
Parts Specialist - E-commerce Sales: Successful candidate will be proficient in e-commerce sales through various online marketplaces. This position requires experience in developing product description & keyword research, creating and managing listings, providing superior customer service, excellent organization and the ability to work with limited supervision. Experience in parts sales is favorable, but not required. Full-time hours in our physical location required.

Sernice writer/parts counter: Coordinate the flow of service appointments, assist customers with parts inquiries at the counter or over the phone, ensure 100% customer satisfaction and a positive customer experience.
